Wednesday's 57th chapter of Diamond in the Rough (Aragane no Ko) by Nao Sasaki reveals that the manga has begun its final arc.
The manga is published in English by Shueisha's MANGA Plus service, which summarizes the plot as follows:
A setting where the element "stone" rules. When visiting an underground community, ore craftsman Akaboshi encounters a little boy whose left foot has been petrified. The boy wants to track down the person with the three-line piercing, but he has a secret! To save his family, the two of them set out on a quest.
In November 2020, Sasaki released the manga in Shonen Jump+. The seventh volume of the manga's compilation book was released by Shueisha on April 4. In September 2021, Shueisha started releasing the manga in MANGA Plus; at this time, it is doing so as chapters are made available in Japan.
